We are happy to share that Troels Bisgaard Vig joins Better Holding as CEO. Troels comes from 16 years of commercial and leadership experience in IBM Denmark, most recently working as Country Manager for the Technology Division. He already serves on the Board of Viborg FF on behalf of Better Holding and as CEO in Better Wine. Troels will be responsible for building the family office team and the day-to-day manager of the investments within Better Holding.

Better Holding is excited to announce that we acquired the iconic restaurant, Sans Souci, in collaboration with a group of investors that share our passion for food, wine and for Frederiksberg. The iconic and historic bistro will be fully restored to reopen in March 2023.
